User Guide

1. Select the page size of your practice sheet by choosing one of the options under the "Page Size" field. The available options are A4, A3, US Letter, US Legal and US Junior Legal.
2. Choose the orientation of your practice sheet by selecting either "Portrait" or "Landscape" under the "Orientation" field.
3. Select the size of the nib you will be using for your practice by entering a value in millimeters under the "Nib Size" field. There are no restrictions on the size of the nib you can enter. Make sure that you enter the correct nib size according to the specs supplied by your manufacturer.
4. Choose the height of the ascenders and descenders on your practice sheet by selecting a value under the "Ascender/Descender Height" field. This value should be given in the number of nibs. For example, if the "Ascender/Descender Height" is set to 3 and the "Nib Size" is set to 3 mm, the overall height of the ascenders and descenders will be 9 mm. You can have two ascender and two descenders. You can diable any of them by choosing "None".
5. Choose the angle of the slanted lines on your practice sheet by selecting a value under the "Slanted Line Angle" field. Tha angle is with repect to x (horizontal) axis.
6. Select the line spacing on your practice sheet by selecting a value under the "Line Spacing" field. This value determines the distance between two consecutive slanted lines. It is also determined by the number ob nibs.
7. Click the "Generate Sheet" button to create your practice sheet. The sheet will be generated in a new window as a PDF document that you can download and print.
